Horizontal transport equipment

We offer the following types of the transport equipment:
1. pulse transporters – rollways (roller tracks);
2. live roller tables with central drive;
3. fixed band conveyors;
4. belt conveyors;
5. chain conveyors.

Within the rollway group we offer various components of the rollway, such as:
1. rollway (roller track) segments;
2. stationary turn-tables;
3. roller traversers;
4. roller traversers with turn-table.

Basic features of the transport chain elements (allowed load, length, width, height, diameter, roller spacing, etc.) are each time agreed upon with the buyer.

For this equipment we use rollers made of steel tube with ball bearings.

a) smooth rollers
b) rollers with semicircular grove for driving belt
– the roller length may be within L = 150 through 2000 mm;
– allowed load for 150-mm roller is 150 daN;
– shape and dimensions of the roller ends are given for reference only, they should be confirmed in the order or other types should be given (within maximum diameter of the pin equal to 15 mm);
– the roller surface may be: rough (crude tube), painted or zinc galvanized;
– we also offer the rollers lined with thermo shrinkable foil made of modified polyethylene.
Rollers Ø88,9 x L
– the shaft made of 20 rod, ball bearings 6204 ZZ, press formed hubs welded to the tube;
– the roller length may be within L = 200 through 2000 mm;
– shape and dimensions of the shaft ends should be agreed with the buyer (for maximum diameter of the shaft pin equal to 20 mm);
– the roller surface may be: rough (crude tube), painted or zinc galvanized;
– the rollers may be made with sprocket wheels.
Special rollers
We also offer rollers with other diameters within 50 through 200 mm. Detailed design of these rollers should be each time agreed upon with the buyer.
